Bookings
of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee of £50 Sterling or $90 USD.

Together with your completed booking form, a non- refundable deposit of
£100 Sterling or the equivalent in USD is due within 7 days to secure your
dates.

A refundable security deposit of
$250 USD is payable locally when you arrive
at the villa.

Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance due
Eight weeks before your arrival
date.

Reservations made within
Eight weeks of your arrival date will require payment in full at time of
booking.
